I had never placed my 6 year old Rottweiler Queen in a kennel and was very apprehensive about doing so. I had bad experiences kenneling dogs in the past, so we took Queen with us or had our neighbor watch her when we were gone. Things just got too difficult when we brought home our "little English Mastiff pup", Lady grew to 200 lbs quickly. I told Jill my fears from past experiences and we decided to kennel the dogs for 1 night to see how it would go, and it went amazingly good, so good the next time the dogs came they went right back to their kennels. I know Queen and if her experience had been unpleasant, she would have not gone without a fight! I find the kennel to be clean and Jill and the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. I appreciate the fact that they are willing to accommodate Lady and her special needs due to her size. I now have peace of mind when leaving Lady behind, I would definitely recommend Dover Kennels to anyone.

I was very concerned about leaving my Malemute at a kennel for the first time and verbalized that to Jill. She thoroughly explained to me and reassured me how Chena would be handled. After the first time of adjustment Chena does great as she often stays at Dover Kennels when I'm out of town. She walks in with her tail high and waggin' and the reports I get are that she does very well. The location, cleanliness, service has been exceptional for my 'doggie needs' and I believe this kennel comes highly recommended. I can leave her there and enjoy my times away knowing she is in very good hands.

Thanks for taking such good care of my dogs, Hunter and Gus. They have such a good time with you and I know they are getting the best care possible in my absence. I can’t tell you what a relieve it is to know my dogs are safe and happy while I am gone. I have used other kennels in the past, but yours are the cleanest I have ever seen.
