Dover Kennels has been in business since 1990 with more than 20 years of experience. We offer indoor and outdoor kennels with heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer to ensure complete comfort for your pet during their stay.

Food, treats and bedding are included in boarding fees, feel free to bring your pets favorite toy or food if necessary.

First time visitors receive a 10% discount on their first stay.

Referrals can receive one free day of STANDARD Boarding.

Being the Owner of Dover Kennel is my Passion. I have worked for 30 years working at my dream, I have Shown dogs in competition and been a breeder for all that time, I am also a Member of the Minnesota Purebred Dog Breeders Assoc. I have 16 years under my belt as a Vet Tech, Working hard at all this so that one day I could allow my passion to be my job. As the saying goes if you love what you do, and have a passion for it, you will never spend a day of your life working. Dover Kennel also accepts all Breeds of dogs from chihuahua to Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans… We Do Not board Cats, but we will watch Birds, Guinea pigs ,Rabbits and other small animals for a small fee and you must provide bedding ,cage and food!!
